A blue-yellow-red vertical tricolor bears the national coat of arms: a golden eagle holding an Orthodox Christian cross in its beak and, in its talons, an olive branch and a sceptre, over a shield charged with an aurochs' head flanked by a rose and a crescent with a star between its horns.
